DRAMA CLUB!

Be a part of all-things-theatre in Walton Drama. Join other students and participate in theatre-related activities and service projects throughout the year. Students in Drama Club (“WAMA”) are those interested in performing and/or crew activities…. OR just students who love theater! Drama club participants also have the opportunity to participate in an annual trip to learn about aspects of theatre on another level, such as workshops in New York City and Orlando.

Walton Drama emphasizes:

• All aspects of theatre including performing, scenic design, set design, lighting, sound, costume design, and stage & crew management… to name a “few”
• A welcome and diverse environment for all students interested in the theatre and hoping to learn more about it
• A student driven approach in which the students themselves get hands-on experience in theatre production and leadership

Drama club meets weekly throughout the year. Meetings are held most Tuesdays at 3:45 in the Black Box Theatre. For more information, see Mrs. Green (302).
